Since I got the bad news first on Monday I will tell it first. I had to have a second exray of my foot, ankle and toes. Still do kmow for sure but I might have a stress facture that did not show up on the first exrays. My foot Dr said ther was a lot of heat in it and as bruised and swollen as it was he was not very happy Now I have to wait till he and his some get home from the coast where they are Deep Sea fishing. The good new is that My Pulmo doc was pleased with my results. When I was so sick my lubg funtion test was 23% Wednesday it was up to 40%. He said to come back in 6 months to see if it improves even more.He even over looked some of my sick attempts to be funny and blame him for a migraine headache and the nurse looked past my remark when she said first door on the left and I stopped at the first door on the right. Actually she just said the first door and that was the bathroom. I said hey I thought we were going all meet in ther for the exam. She was like alright I will let that slide. Of course have had very little sleep the past two weeks so I am tired which could explain the jokes. Last week mom and I wer moving some shelfs and my dresser and all of a sudden we smelled something really rank. Both of us had watery eyes and had to leave the room to breath. Poor Adam Chewbacca had a major upset tummy from a new food we tried him on. Now I know to add lamb to his list of bad foods. so now it has gone from just beef to beef, corn, omega fatty acids, salmon, and lamb. right now he is back on home cook meals fit for a King which he thinks he is, yea right The King Of Naughty

Lori it sounds like progress honey, except for poor Adam. One thing be sure to add new food slowly to give their tummys time to adjust. Adam isn't a puppy any more and it might be even harder for him. Poor guy.

Glad to hear they are making progress with your health care. Stress fractures are hard to find. Not only are they hairline but when just new, a black and white usually does not pick them up till some healing or scarring has begun. I am surprised that they didn't go ahead and put on a walking boot. That really helps. Nurses hear much worse in the remarks Lori. Don't let this worry you so much. If it should ever happen again be sure and say you are sorry and go on. Oh my, it is hard not to worry but they know when you are really trying. Blessings, Billie

Lori, I hope there are no fractures on that foot and ankle. I suppose if there were, it would be bound until it got better, but be careful nonetheless. Glad for the good news. At least your breathing is improving which is a plus. Adam sure is king of the hill with all that pampering he's getting. Thanks for keeping us up to date. Hugs, Claire

I hope everything turns out ok for you, don't worry, i think jokes get us thru just about everything...we laugh and its good for us actually. Hope your little dog finds the right foods to keep his tummy happy. We have a cat like that , that if she doesn't get the right food, she has a really bad time. She is sick anyway, has cancer, and we 'baby' her a lot. She is my daughters cat, and we take care of it. The poor thing is bone-thin, but she is still active. She has two large tumors in her chest, and it would cost a fortune to have them removed plus she may die during the procedure, and as long as shes not hurting, we will do what we can. The surg could go into the thousands of dollars, and she is just a little white housecat, and we can't afford that kind of money. If she suffers then we will have her put to sleep. But so far, so good.

Yep Adam is almost to his perfect wieght but still trys to beg for more. Tonight I had some beef meatballs and he cried the whole time I was eating them begging for a bit. With it being beef and just getting his tummy settled I had to say no you can not have any. As for the nurse at the radiology place I told her I was not trying to say she was short or crack any short jokes. All I ment by it was the ER nurse was short and small in compairison since she was one of the asian countries. Both were expecting but the little ER nurse even though she was 8 month pregnant could squat down and even sit on the floor then still get up without hel I have never know anyone 8 months pregnant who could do that. She said she plans on working right up to the delivery time so hopefully she will go into labor while she is working and not have to go far. Speaking of Adam being King tonight I was use a roller thing on the bed and floor to get rid of fuzzballs and he tried to attlack it like he does with the vaccum cleaner. So as not to let him get hurt I will not be making a video of him trying to attack anything. Maybe when he was younger it would hav been cute but not at 12 years old.
